Aprylle and Reed require a minimum two hour booking for most events. General exceptions are concerts, school presentations or performances for not-for-profit fundraisers or other special events. Their maximum booking time is five hours.

Fees are based upon the amount of performance time requested and travel/distance considerations. Aprylle and Reed have a reduced fee schedule for performances from December-March, with the exception of Christmas and New Year's Eve, as well as "off" days and times from April-November.

It is advisable to book as far in advance as possible (2008-09 are presently being booked), but they can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests. Dates/times may be requested and "penciled in" on the calendar with first-right-of-refusal. To confirm a date/time, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the performance fee must be received.
